Account & Listing Rescue

What to do once something has already gone wrong: rescue the account and the listing first, then clear compliance and IP risk, then stop the review damage and ODR — stop the bleeding before the repair.

Who it is for

People already in trouble: you have the platform notice (suspension, suppression, compliance, complaint) in hand and you are losing orders or money right now.

5packs 5live Run it in order — skipping a step means rework (5 steps)

The chain, step by step

Each step takes the previous step as its input
  1. P1

    Account Appeal Pack

    Live

In: the platform notice verbatim (screenshots transcribed are fine) → out: the notice type, a POA draft and an evidence matrix with have / missing / unobtainable. Get the type right first; it decides where step 2 goes.

  2. P2

    Listing Rescue Pack

    Live

In: the ASIN, the symptom and the backend field export → out: a triage verdict (suppressed / down-ranked / miscategorised) plus a five-day recovery plan. If the root cause is compliance or IP, jump to steps 3 and 4.

  3. P3

    EU Compliance Pack

    Live

In: the listing text, target countries and packaging materials → out: a must-fix / should-fix / human-review list plus the DoC element checklist. The corrected listing text feeds straight into steps 4 and 5.

  4. P9

    IP & TRO Response Pack

    Live

In: the complaint or legal letter plus the shop facts → out: the IP claim type and a time-and-money comparison of defend / settle / abandon. If a lawyer’s letter exists, this step preserves the evidence pack first.

  5. P7

    Reviews & ODR Pack

    Live

In: the review, Feedback or A-to-Z text → out: a remove / reply / accept verdict, submission-ready wording and the ODR impact order of magnitude. This verdict decides whether the chain ends with another appeal.

How to use this chain

Do not install everything at once. Run one real product end to end first; wherever you get stuck, add that one pack.

We did not invent this order: when we pulled apart a peer workflow for cross-border sellers, their own first piece of advice was to add only the capability you are missing, after running a real product.

  1. Take one real product and start at step 1
  2. Wherever you get stuck, add only that one pack
  3. Finish one pass before deciding on the whole chain

Next step

Buying the whole chain is not open yet — for now packs are bought one at a time. Once pricing and payment are wired up this becomes a bundle.
