Chains
New Product Launch
Take one product from “not listed yet” all the way to “press publish”: read the competitors and the reviews first, then write the listing and the detail page, then clean the title, tier the keywords, check the technical side and finish the pre-launch self-check.
Anyone about to launch a new product: you have a real product (or a competitor link), it is not live yet, or you want one more pass before it goes live.
The chain, step by step
Each step takes the previous step as its input-
P5
Competitor Teardown Pack
LiveIn: a competitor listing (pasted or from a public link) → out: the title formula, the bullet structure and a gap list saying which line to change and to what. That gap list is the baseline for step 2 and for the writing.
-
P14
Review Mining Pack
LiveIn: a competitor ASIN or a reviews CSV → out: pain-point clusters with quoted originals, buying motives and improvement directions. Step 3 writes its selling points from exactly these pain points.
-
P8
Listing Optimisation Pack
LiveIn: your current title, bullets and keyword sheet → out: itemised scores, a rewritten draft and a before/after table. Step 4 builds the detail page on top of that draft.
-
P10
PDP Rebuild Pack
LiveIn: the listing text from the previous step and the current detail page → out: a narrative structure (hero → evidence → specs → objections → action), publish-ready copy and a claims table. Leave the title to step 5.
-
P12
Title Cleanup Pack
LiveIn: the product export CSV or a title list → out: an analysis JSON and an import-ready title CSV with a reason per row. Clean titles are the precondition for step 6.
-
P13
Keyword Tiering Pack
LiveIn: a keyword export plus product info → out: tiers, a negatives list and ad-group splits you can build directly (no invented search volume). Then verify the technical side.
-
P11
Technical SEO Audit Pack
LiveIn: saved pages, robots.txt and the sitemap → out: findings graded blocking / hurting clicks / nice-to-fix. Those findings go into the step 8 self-check list.
-
P15
Pre-launch Self-check
LiveIn: the product draft fields → out: a one-page checklist (item / status / evidence) that ticks off the previous seven steps. Clear it and you can press publish.
How to use this chain
Do not install everything at once. Run one real product end to end first; wherever you get stuck, add that one pack.
We did not invent this order: when we pulled apart a peer workflow for cross-border sellers, their own first piece of advice was to add only the capability you are missing, after running a real product.
- Take one real product and start at step 1
- Wherever you get stuck, add only that one pack
- Finish one pass before deciding on the whole chain
Next step
Buying the whole chain is not open yet — for now packs are bought one at a time. Once pricing and payment are wired up this becomes a bundle.
