Chains
Growth & Ads
The order once orders are coming in: find which stage the ad money leaks at, then cut the hidden cost of returns, then review every week so the moves that worked survive.
People already selling who want to scale: orders are steady, you are raising budget or cutting cost, and you have ad reports, return data and operating numbers.
The chain, step by step
Each step takes the previous step as its input-
P4
PPC Diagnosis Pack
LiveIn: the ad report CSVs (campaign and search term) → out: where each funnel stage drops, the top three causes and a negatives list. That gives you the budget logic for the next step, where profit leaks.
-
P6
Returns Cost Pack
LiveIn: the returns report and your cost parameters → out: a per-return cost model and a field-level diff of the listing. Once those edits land, the next review has comparable numbers.
-
P16
Ops Review Pack
LiveIn: this period’s numbers and the moves you made → out: attribution hypotheses, a three-part review report and three experiments for next period. Run it again next week and the chain becomes a rhythm.
How to use this chain
Do not install everything at once. Run one real product end to end first; wherever you get stuck, add that one pack.
We did not invent this order: when we pulled apart a peer workflow for cross-border sellers, their own first piece of advice was to add only the capability you are missing, after running a real product.
- Take one real product and start at step 1
- Wherever you get stuck, add only that one pack
- Finish one pass before deciding on the whole chain
Next step
Buying the whole chain is not open yet — for now packs are bought one at a time. Once pricing and payment are wired up this becomes a bundle.
